  • Massivt. Filehajdar=Gotland? Såg några liknande maskiner stå parkerade på kalkstensbrottet på Gotland i somras. Vanliga lastbilar såg ut som leksaker i jämförelse

    Massivt

  • jag sökte caterpillars (insekter) inte en jävla lastbil XD

  • Jo javisst,jättesvår lastning botten e jämn och ett väl planerat skott,OK mycket svår lastning.LoL

  • hes Transformers ROTF Scrapper in disguise

  • i would love my job if i got to do this. nice hard floor and easy diggin. i run a 92g in the coal stripins. one thing i dont like about the g is when your sinkin... it gets alitle tipsy......just gotta be more careful. but it is a very fast machine......i love the throttle lock.

  • I am not a loader operator, but i can still tell this operator is efficient and good at his job.

It was a pleasure to watch :o)

Thank you, i enjoyed it !

    ha det fint !

  • Awesome machine, wish i got to play on that big boy toy to build a motocross track

  • The single boom design was a way to get faster cycle times but the failures with the B and A pins lead to Cat moving back to the double loader frame design with twin Z-Bars in the 993K. The 993K are much faster and powerful then the 992G's.

  • Yes but still have the monoboom on the 992K, Cat found this size to be the limit for that style and the Z bar has an advantage in pure digging which is why it is only 1 ton capacity more than the 92G for the 993K.

This operator is very good, amazing how easy to spot just watching, he travels a bit to far but you can see he is working the corner of the dig face so not a regular spot and it requires a different approach.

  • Why did Cat get rid of the much touted Z-bar bucket tilt linkage system? That system had the cylinder base pushing under pressure rather than the rod end to curl back the bucket.

  • good operator, awesome machine.992 has come a long way!

  • top opperater

  • Very nice to watch a good,smooth operator,smooth hydraulic control,minimal wheel spinnage,staging area nice and clean.,,,,,DIG it

  • very good loader operator smooth and efficent..trick is to work one set of hydraulics at a time, raise bucket in air then when you can clear the truck drive up and work the bucket only and then drive out while closing bucket so you can see where it is level then lower

  • The way i see it is he is using 2 sets of hydraulics at a time and most likely has the ICTC set up very well. No need to even worry about seeing if the bucket is level as you should have the tilt kickout set and also on the 992G the lower kickout so you just come away from the truck and set the levers and concentrate on steering. Then just lower the bucket to touch the ground whilst going into the face.

  • The 992C and the 777 are built for each other. The 85-100ton hauler is right for the 690 hp wheel loader

  • the operator loads like i do fast and smooth i have gotten 150 loads in 8 hours loading triple sevens with a 992c

  • Good operator!

  • The 992Gs have a variable rimpull control, the left pedal varies the amount of HP going to the wheels down to almost zero.

They do it by using a slip clutch on the impeller in the torque converter, the left brake pedal varies the amount of oil pressure that goes to the impeller clutch. You set the throttle to full and leave it there and vary the drive with the left pedal.

The old 992 C's and D's had a variable rimpull system, but it didn't give anywhere near the range of the Gs.

  • Great video. I like the angle it was taken from. These 92's don't look as big, when you video them from other equipment, and that's all I have the oportunity to do. Don't get to just get out and watch, much.

  • Yes i agree a good shovel driver....We have CAT 988G and the amount of drivers that wheelspin them and abuse them is unreal

  • This guy knows how to use a shovel loader. No wheel spin, so no loss of power = a full bucket.Surprising the amount of so called shovel drivers spin them wheels when digging.

  • thanks great vid i liked the way he loads fast and smooth
