Hey Joe, I like the 6 strings on a 12 string guitar. I have a regular 6 string acoustic (a Samick) but I still have trouble with some of the chords. I heard you mention you prefer the fat neck of the 12, but I still have trouble because of the wide neck on mine. Not sure what my question was, lol. Practice, practice, practice, I guess.

I'm probably going to burst into flames for saying this, but I like your version better than the original. Honestly, it's one of my least favorite Beatles songs of all time. I really don't like the heavy beat in the chorus, it really makes seem much too heavy-handed and the lyrics sound even more ridiculous than they actually are. The way yours flows and emphasizes the back beat makes the lyrics much more poetic.

My honest opinion is that it gets too obvious when the melody suddenly follows the bass, but I guess it's a matter of taste. I like the way you play the guitar, though. Gives the whole thing a more relaxing mood. The kind of music that is comfortable to listen to.
