my point here is that although it is true that you only need a paypal button (if you record your own stuff) ..that is true for millions of other people too, so you still need a team to market you if you want to make serious money. I love this video but if he stole my work and made big money with it, i wouldn't be smiling.

Not only that, but the US law that automatically copyrights every post, every scribble, and every merest utterance is only two or three decades old (I may misremember but it seems to me it happened in the 1990s). Until then you had to register a work for it to be copyrighted.

@jjnonken guys, aeroplanes are only 100 years old but that doesn't mean they're bad. and the reason you don't have to "register" copyright is because that would just be a race to register stuff, people could get ripped off more easily if someone steals their work and registers it faster than them, and it wastes a lot of money to register everything. The simple solution is just to write your own music instead of complaining that you can't take everybody else's and make money with it.

All the original creators are cited, and most likely he has permission. And to be honest, nothing in this world is 100% original. Creation requires influence, and that's the truth.
