The shift started at 2009 ? Now I know why just out of the blue I decided I needed to eat better . I been eating more raw foods . Do not want for things like I use to . Trying to shed old habits , physically, mentally ,spiritually.

LOL...never thought of that and the part with that poor monk he was just ah well lol....such fear mongering I wonder if they will ever get bored but then again that's how they make chedder to.
