In this video, I just used 3 9v batteries. For the TrueAlert strobes, I needed to buy a SmartSync module in order to make the strobe work correctly.

This reminds me of the system at my local library. It has white TrueAlert speaker/strobes, dual action t-bars and 4906-9103 or 9203 strobes.

Cool. You have a 9103. I have a 9203. They are basically the same except mine is addressible. I love Simplex.
