great musicality! but he doesnt get that high on his jumps... but he turns so fast in the air that he still lands it.... in a few years when he grows that might be a problem for him with underrotations as he gets bigger. Kind of like a caroline zhang with the high kick and not alot of height.

Hard to believe that he is only 13!? This is such a difficult piece of music and his maturity and amazing musicality made him absolutely hard to forget. I can't wait to see him skating again. Great Job, Shoma!

What musicality he HAS at the age of only 13! The background music is difficult to perform to, even for a senior competitor. Just incredible.
