@jrd1998 well my friend actually did it this year but it wasnt very hard , the only thing is that you just have to learn the new fingerings, its not like going from sax to flute where all the fingerings are the same except C#

@smarttie96 you have to adjust your jaw, or have a firm grip with your mouth, like i push down on the mouth piece for more stability.

@thebassofsound That is actually false. You want to keep a very loose embouchure and open jaw. Keeping a loose jaw, almost as if you're frowning, pointed chin, and fast, but steady air stream helps a lot with range and keeping away that airiness on throat tones. However, this wasn't all that bad. Just work on your embouchure and don't bite and that will help with your range and tone.

@thebassofsound you have a much better tone on the bass clarinetthen i do. you only sqeaked once while playingthis. mine sqeaks like ever 20 minuits in a song. mind you my bass clarinet was bought brand new only last year and sense the reed is bigger its natural for it to sqeak more then the clarinet and plus im used to the sax embechoure
