You, my friend; seem utterly capable of realizing and rationalizing the psychosis of Bulimia. Being able to do that shows that your behavior is caused by outside influences (Boyfriend possibly?) and then being renforced in your own mind. I do hope that you come to realize that not all men judge women soley based on weight. I hope this because I realize you are an intellegent person, who only needs willpower to overcome the situation.
I hear exercise is a good stress reliever, but also, exercising works up hunger. As for the cravings, perhaps you can place a sign that says "Don't DO IT", or like you said, a list of the cons on the fridge to remind you. Sry if my words might be meaningless since I cant fully understand your point of view since I dont have BED...
I've watched through a few of your videos, and to say the least, it's touching to hear all this...You say a lot about yourself and a lot of what you say is good advice for yourself. I was sad when I heard you say you don't have a life...I think all you need is some one in your life who can support you the entire way through this self-improving journey of yours. You seem to loathe yourself a lot (lack of self-esteem), and I feel having a friend there when you need it most would help with that.
If I had money, like real money, I would come and say hello to you in Germany. You have this weird way of making me laugh in your videos... I dont know whether you're being intentionally funny or if I just have a weird sense of humour.
May i say that I have found that not only stress and fatigue are triggers but that the hidden enemy is sometimes the food industry. They are well aware that salt, sugar and fats will increase the appetite. In fact, with the first bite it triggers a craving that says you can never get enough. What a vicious cycle. So please don't be too hard on yourself. Hope is in breaking the addition chain with generous portions of happy fruits and vegetables.
No, I don't think it creepy lol. They ARE cute; I love how they're not matching, yet... matching lol. I got mine for 19.99 actually, but I can't remember how much they were originally.
Aww thanks! Hope you don't find it creepy that I'm considering buying them! They are just so cute! And I've been looking for multi-length earrings for a while. Did you get yours for like...$26? Because that's the price on ebay.
I love your earrings. You are so beautiful, You have lovely skin and hair. I used to binge eat in high school, but I've realized a great way to stop is to just keep yourself busy. It helps me to not think of my day in terms of the next meal time. Just think of events and activities instead. Also, I know that when I don't sleep enough I substitute my lack of energy for eating more. Which is a disaster. So get a lot of sleep.
lol this was a good video, very positive and entertaining! I would love to do that program in france tho. Keep up the good work, but be on guard, its always when you are doing so good that its the easiest to fall.
how old are you?

Did you ever tell your boyfriend that you have an eating disorder because I'm not sure if I should tell my boyfriend.

I have been binging almost every other day.... I just managed 5 days no binging - was so pleased :)
Today things went really bad.... I wanted to diet before my holiday and it sort of backfired i guess.
Your story is really helping me, I am trying to ask myself why when I feel like binging and tell myself to just walk away.

I agree on the sleep deprivation thing!!! I've also been making a serious commitment to get enough sleep. It's been doing wonders for me :)

Good for you! "Just doing it" is the best thing a binge-eater could do...it's also the hardest. I know from experience. So good job!
Stress IS the ultimate binge trigger! That's my biggest trigger. I'm glad you found your triggers and ways to counteract them! =)
Good for you for not wanting to smoke anymore! You shouldn't drink anymore either.
Hope things keep going well for you! =)

2:00! LMFAO! Also, if you were headphones and listen to an MP3 that helps you a lot too. It takes my mind of the exercise, I get lost in the music.
