  • Love it!!! Looks as good if not better than Zbrush. I use 3d studio max.

  • What a handsome dude, only warts disrupted his cool look

  • Nice work.

  • what is the difference between mudbox and Zbrush?

  • @bakamesuinu MB sculpts on actual polygons, while Zbrush converts the polygonal surface to their prepriatory surface called a "Pixol". There are advantages and disadvantages to both. With a Pixol, you get really smooth performance, even on low end machines. When I am sculpting at really high resolutions(11 million+), I get smooth performance always in Zbrush. MB has the advantage of being closer to the final render, it's persective is more acuratate, and it's intergration with maya is bettter.

  • i have a question was this hard at first and then learned

  • @TheMonkeyfartsfriend

The software was not hard to learn, but digital sculpting takes some time to get decent at. It's highly dependent on your existing overall art skills.

  • Great time lapse. Does mud 10 have sub-D preview?

  • No sure what you mean. There are no modeling tools, only sculpting. Perhaps you mean previewing what the next level would be before jumping up sub-divs?
