i loooooooooove the concept behind this song that compares the northern migration of african-americans from the south in the 20's,30's,40's to the environmental situation of today where we may have to leave the planet and go to some new galactic "chicago"...usually i'm not a big fan of "tom waits the protest singer"...weighing in on the middle east peace situation and various other political things...but here it's very well-handled...
