This album, Breaking Atoms, is one of the greatest hip hop album ever produced. Take note of Main Source if you think you know anything about hip-hop. Take it from an old-school G, this is classic!
Damn this takes me back the good ol' days were in effect, WGCI on fri, sat nites the rap down hosted by Ramonski Luv, Franky J and the late greats Disco Dave and PinkHouse.
Back when hip hop had storytelling skills and substance! Classic hip hop album here and should be studied by any wanna be that's wants to touch a mic! I'm out and that's peace!
This stuff isn't commercially viable because it's not money obsessed or a so called club banger. Plus all the big record labels are concerned about is topping the billboard charts. So they have to see what is culturally important and unfortunately most Americans are shallow so they thrive off of that. We need this to reach the younger generation though because they are not hearing the truth, just lies and constant bullshit. Remember John Lennon's Imagine! He saw what all countries need.
@robbieardura The "younger generation" as you call it doesnt wanna listen to this because they are into having a good time partying and enjoying theyre life. They listen to lil wayne gucci mane and drake because theyre music puts them in a good mood and makes them want to have fun. The 90s are over and thats how my generation is and its not gonna change for a while. Music like this is good dont get me wrong, but most people arent into this kind of hip hop and theres nothing wrong with that
great upload, does anyone know the sample @ 3:46, it's a funky ass breakbeat, saw dj rockin' rob get ill with it @ zulu nation 37th anniversary last week.
