I went to one of their concerts in Plano, Texas. They played with some local indie bands. My friend won tickets on Power FM and at the end we actually got to meet them, it was awesome. SBR is awesome

this video doesn't even compare to the intensity of their live shows. i know the lead singer, zach, and he's a godly, passionate, down to earth dude. couldn't ask for a more amazing band. the opening prayer they did on their last tour was incredible. i got chills. these guys are on fire for God and their music shows it!

I have spent a little time with zach and andy and I can tell you these boys are true to their beliefs. They are great musicians. They have a vision, and until sprinkle got ahold of their music, they were putting their vision on record, IMO. The record still turned out ok, but I bet they will look back and wish they had done it differently. What I dont understand is this. SBR (pre T&N) made great music and attracted alot of fans. Why would T&N screw with a good thing?
I think he has an awesome voice, but their music is kinda generic. On the other hand, when it comes to Tooth and Nail they have a very diverse lineup and NO ONE can disagree. They have Poema (acoustic folk), Underoath, and everything in between.

The thing I love about this band is that they are actually legit. They really do believe in their faith unlike half the other "christian" bands out there....they are the most amazing band i've seen live. I've seen them soooo many times and they never dissapoint.

Wow. Three guitarists and all they do is some stupid riffs. Today's mainstream music is fucking shit compared to the less known stuff and especially classic rock. This entire song could be made in fucking minutes and that's pathetic. No effort is put into music these days and it shows. You can comment me back and say I'm wrong, but you're just brainwashed and don't know what real music is.

@hendrixboogie17 you know i would tend to agree with you. the new hardcore bands that the entire song isda dadada dada its all the same. but with a band like this they add to that. if you do listen closely they arent playing the same thing. just the one guitar is louder than the other.

One can introduce Christianity in a bad way. But with some experiences I've had, it is nearly impossible for me not to believe. Such as dreams that predict things. Really! I'm not kidding! BTW: Any of you who have doubts should read, "Letters to a Skeptic" By Gregory Boyd and Edward Boyd. It introduces a whole new Idea of how God works, no, I'm not gonna blow Christianity apart. I am a Christian, I just have my beliefs of how God works a little different. The problem of evil is also addressed.

@sillymonkey829 I grew up in Goose Creek, South Carolina, and my friends band has opened up for sent by ravens, they arent metal and they dont try to be lol, i dont think it sucks. justin beiber, the jonas brothers, and miley cryus, and most rappers, now those people suck.

@nyybaseball1992 yes, this band is made of musical prodigies compared to pop stars and rappers, but i'm into the heavier stuff, and REAL hard rock, like pearl jam and alice in chains. i really don't like any new music anyways, it seems like very few bands actually put effort into the music they write, and as a guitarist, i only use about 1 out of every ten riffs i write. im very picky when it comes to music.

@nyybaseball1992 yea, a7x is alright, i even took the time to learn all of bat country, so i guess i you could say i respect them lol. theyre guitar duo kicks ass i can barely play the solo. as im sittin here typing this, i found myself headbanging a little; i like the rhythym and the guitar a little, but i just don't like his vocal style, its to sing-songy for me (reminds me too much of pop music or some of the stuff that passes as rock today), and the lyrics are pretty lame.

@sillymonkey829 his voice is def. an aquired taste for some people, and the lyrics for that song specifically were based on something, so they werent created from nothing lol, idk if you took the time to check out their older stuff, but check out their album Waking The Fallen, it has screaming, and his voice isnt sing songy at all

If you read the book, "letters to a skeptic" By Gregory and Edward Boyd, it explains how this works, the book was a compilation of letters between a skeptical father and his Christian son. The book is epic. Don't give up faith!

this video doesn't even compare to the intensity of their live shows. i know the lead singer, zach, and he's a godly, passionate, down to earth dude. couldn't ask for a more amazing band. the opening prayer they did on their last tour was incredible. i got chills. these guys are on fire for God and their music shows it!

The bassist and guitarists make maybe 2 steps the whole music video?
It maybe be the director's fault, and it probably is, but this music video sucks.

I have spent a little time with zach and andy and I can tell you these boys are true to their beliefs. They are great musicians. They have a vision, and until sprinkle got ahold of their music, they were putting their vision on record, IMO. The record still turned out ok, but I bet they will look back and wish they had done it differently. What I dont understand is this. SBR (pre T&N) made great music and attracted alot of fans. Why would T&N screw with a good thing?

I think he has an awesome voice, but their music is kinda generic. On the other hand, when it comes to Tooth and Nail they have a very diverse lineup and NO ONE can disagree. They have Poema (acoustic folk), Underoath, and everything in between.

Christianity is a fashion? You may see it that way due to a lot of 'christians' who just say they are because of their parents or because they go on Christmas and Easter. Or because so many 'christians' live double lives, one at church, one outside it. But christianity is not a fashion, its a relationship with God. I have faith that Jesus died for my sins. You can stand there and call me an idiot for believing that, but that won't change what I feel in my heart.

Secondly, if I choose to talk about my own personal beliefs on a video uploaded by a company composed 90% of bands that agree with my personal beliefs, I have every right to. Why should I humor all non-Christians by not talking about Christianity on a Christian channel? It doesn't seem fair that you want to listen to Christian Music, but refuse to hear about Christianity.
