  • @SmallvilleSoraKent The Witching Hour is a term that refers to the nightly barrier-deterioration between earthen entities and spiritual entities. On Halloween it would be the thinnest possible barrier. It's called the Withching Hour because in theory that would be the best time (3:00 or 3:15, depending on your sources) to perform a ritual incorporating the powers of spiritual beings. I have no belief in this, so I don't have much information about it. Hope I helped a little, though.
