Like toebalone said, there's a fan sub version of it and is also going to be a fan dub version soon.

The details on the fan sub version is that you have to buy the Japanese copy of FFrame4, an SD card and possibly an SD card port for your computer.

After you have them you download the patch to your computer, unzip the files to your SD card and then put your SD card into your English Wii. Afterwards, you put in the Japanese copy of FF4 and enjoy the game.

I loved playing the first three games on PS2 awhile back. Love that creepy music that plays during the boss battle. Pretty J-pop song in the last three minutes of the video. BTW, how many endings does this game have?
