How come the Tyler elevators no longer go down to the lower level?

@RAILTECHCHASER because Filene's Basement is down there and idk if u remember how they were a bank of 3 and c21 put the far right lift behind a locked door :(

I know that Filene's basement is there, i'm just curious if the doors, call button and shafts still down there.
