  • Incredible detail..I especially like the hobo fire...excellent buildings.

  • BEAUTIFUL LAYOUT WELL DONE.....I model Lionel O ,its toylike but very robust and fun, after seeing this I'k hankering after On30,but dont tell the wallet......

  • Most convincing static waterfall I have ever seen. Nice work.

  • Wow! Very realistic. Looks like the Cascades. This would be great to display in a museum as it would give a very realistic picture of railroading and lumber in the NW.

  • Very nice layout

  • I like this. It's to a standard I can only dream about , but I keep going to try to achieve this level of excellence. Moody filming in lower light levels shows off the loco lights. Like it !

  • qualitative and detailed layout!!!

  • Incredible layout!

  • I'm an O scale Railroader and I think On30 are some of the nicest trains ever! Unlike HO, On30 gives you the true country and western experience! Love it!

  • I've been model railroading since 1968 and this is the most beautiful train layout of any scale that I've ever seen. It's inspired me to scrap my current layout ... I'm going logging!

  • Wunderschön ,Thanks

  • Awesome work. Fantastic detail

  • Are these locos Bachmann?

  • RATING=10/10

  • Ya' know, I'm an HO guy, but the more I see this ON30 stuff......

  • excelent layout

  • i want to build a logging railroad

  • Very nice!

  • AWESOME!!!

  • amazing detail, fantastic realism, i am envious, astouded...

  • I saw this layout at the Ely Model railway show on Saturday May 10, 2010 and thought it was brilliant. The amount of work and detail which has gone into ithis model s fantastic and this was nicely reflected in the carefully shot video. Well done all round.

  • Very good looking train layout.

  • outstanding, would like to see more on the structures...nice sounds!

  • Everything is lovely except the track, which is particularly awful on the bridges. If you're going to take the time to build and light beautiful, scratch-built structures and stunning scenery, then you need to also hand-lay your track, especially on bridgework, when plastic ties become terribly obvious against their wooden supports. Everything else is stunning, but the layout is marred by this shoddy effort.

  • what state is this in?

  • Absolutely outstanding.

  • best layout ever i would kill to see that one

  • MORE THAN 5 STARS !!!!!!!!

Do you want to watch something small ?

    Go to : treinbaan 075

  • hey to everyone who has commented on the layout i was very shocked at everyones comments thank you all so much

    Dan lawrence

  • I want to see more of the open air porter at 3:03. Other wise, good job on the models.

  • Whow! That's just plain beautiful...

  • Wastingtape - It was orignally 8ft x 4ft in two modules I think. But since, the mill has been added as another module, I think it may be another 4ft module so in all, 12ft long and 4ft wide, I could be wrong, I will try and find out for deffinate soon.

  • @StobartDude Okay, it's now my official cause to find ONE person on YouTube who can spell DEFINITE or DEFINITELY. ;-)

  • Stobart -- What's the approximate size of the whole layout?

  • i wish my porter looked like that... even though i scratch built a barrel board-by-board from an old N scale wooden hotel kit from before i was born, and before i bought from one of my friends, he had converted it to oil to suggest that it was a Hawaiian plantation locos. maybe when i get a little more work done to it i'll post a video 2 show everybody.

  • great..one of the better on30 layouts

  • New Centre section look fantastic!! the logging buildins look great in situ! roll on chelmsford show!

    From Dan
