I know wellington pretty well and can ususally figure out from what areas particuar views can be seen.
I'm thinking on this vidio we are looking back at petone and the hutt vally and that that vidio was shot from around the point howard area??? or at least somewhere along that side of the harbour heading out towards eastborne.
I wonder to know, is that usual state of weather in Wellington? (I mean the strong wind.)

It was shot from Roseneath on the ridge, down a bit from the top.
