Looks to me like he was just having a good time. Didn't seem like anyone was really paying any attention to him anyways. My family and I are going to a wedding this coming July 15th. I bet this song will be played, and I bet someone will be dancing like this at the reception. Heck it's a funny dance from a funny movie, Hitch. Looks like a good time was had by all.
