Help ! My Chihuahua is shivering and tired , I think she is sick :'( is there anyway to prevent from it ? Like before u going to the vet ?

Omygawd my new puppy is really sick! She's been acting really sufferer since we got back from her walk and won't stop shaking. I'm pretty sure she has a fever so I tried to put a cold dishcloth on her paws. What should I do? This is her first time getting sick and I'm worried!

I don't know what to do my dog is a Blue Nose Pitbull. It very sick we can tell cuz it got real skinny and has had some seriouse stuff happen. If you know anything that can help my dog come to my channel and comment and suggest some things to me.

I think before anyone gets any animal they should know a bit about that animal, not just buy blind. All animals at some point needs a vet, as we need a doctor. Plus they need jabs when they are young against certain diseases as well. In some countries they have free Vet care for people on benefits and pensions and people who cant afford to pay like the UK, I dont know about other countries. If you dont research or know before then dont buy a pet. Its really not fair on the animal.

I would just like to tell everyone who may not know on this page, You can bet pet insurance for your pet now, I think various companies do it, I think like all they may have an excess charge say up to certain amount like you pay the first £30 or something, just a guess on figure I could be wrong, but my previous pets had pet insurance and you paid it monthly and it was a very small amount and covered pets for vet visits and all sorts.

My dog has been acting sleepy like you said but he is 14 years old and 70 in doggie years,correct? <-- is that normal ?

My dog is old so i get him old healthy food for dogs,but he does not like it at all,so i chop up carrots and give it to him with his dog food,and he eats, is that okay to do? but for a while my dog has been vomiting. But at the momment i do not have enough money to take him to get checked.have any ideas of how to maybe fix him,or what he might have? PLEASE help me.

@HannahCheetah1 plus if he is old it could be a number of things like kidney or liver failure as well. check his urine when he pees, if there is blood in it then its either what I said. They have 7 dogs years to our one so times that by years from when when he was born, so our first year would be his 7th and so on.

@charles24011 go straight to a vet. dont give to much milk it curdles in their tummy. Puppies can also get gastric enteritus as well at a younger age which can kill them. Get straight to vets.

@buddyclubs i agree with you...I went to another country and my family got a new puppy in that country. I sometimes think thats veterinarians and doctors are usually stupid, they ask you to pay more than it is. Especially the country that my family lives in. My aunt decided to give human cough medicine. I was like what are you crazy? Then it worked actually. He got better a little the next day.

@buddyclubs Well it depends on the risk you want to take with your pet really. I agree that some vets do take you for lots of money. But by the same time, you cant always know what is wrong with your pet yourself and other people may not know either and are just guessing like any of us. Pets cost a lot of money and responsibility and if the person is not prepared for this, then maybe the person should not have the pet in the first place. @Musicmania1968 firstly you got to get yourself check as well and besides that my dog is doing great now without going to the Vet it was not a big issue the dog always stays indoor but just needs to stay away from certain things it likes to chew on. You know, if you can't explain something useful then don't comment, let the people who likes to help do the commenting because getting rid your dog isn't the answer but when people do
