@AeroFix94 Nothing impressive, mediocre ASUS motherboard, 4 GB RAM, SATA 10K RPM WD Raptor, Intel Core 2 Duo @ 1.8 Ghz, 1033 Mhz FSB, 560 Watt power supply, same 1Gb video card as seen in the video. It was a pretty decent gaming PC 5 years ago, these days it's beginning to struggle a bit though.

The video card speed is not based of the memory, it is based on power, clock speeds, etc. Cards usually never exceed the 512MB mark. The 200 series would be your best bet right now, since they have dropped incredibly in price and they ideally are one of the better cards out there, asides from the 400 series of course. :)

@strumster117 a 9800gtx isn't faster than this gts 250 , the gts is equivalent of a 9800GTX+ but with some better features :) , if u dont use resolutions higher than 1440X900 u dont need a 1 gb card , :) 1gb card just for 1920X1080

@lukenuetzmann I use nothing but ATI a few times I tried Nvidia but they always disappoint me, they always cost more than the the equivalent ATI card and always run hotter. Yes when a new ATI card comes out the drivers tend to suck but they soon fix that with updates I have to say give ATI a try the HD 57**/58** they are good cards I'm getting a XFX 5770 XXX.

@lukenuetzmann Its all good because with guitar and bass you have to start somewhere. I have a Squire Affinity Stratocaster (All black with white pickguard) and with bass I started out with a Dean Edge 09 (classic black). As long as you have decent amps for both then you give yourself room to practice and see what you like the most. I had gotten into playing bass more so I invested in a 6 string bass and got a Rogue LX 406 for 249$
