Its not back by the US government there genius in Iran. It is protected and governed by the US banking laws because it has a charter and only people in the US are allowed to use it. So yeah it is safe and not like Paypal which is governed by no one.

Because only US BANKS have FDIC insurance, if the others go bankrupt and you have money with them you loose everything. The point is that RevolutionMoneyExchange is a bank and not Paypal

Wrong, RevolutionMoneyExchange is a BANK under a US Banking Charter, it has to follow US laws regarding banking, period. That is the point, Paypal is not a bank it has no rules to follow except the ones it makes up, Paypal allows people in countries that have no extradition treaty to the US to have access to your personal details and banking information that is the point. Yes, ebay policy states you are allowed to do bank to bank transfers and since Revolution has a US Banking Charter, ebay has to allow it by what is stated in their policy.

You're Canadian my friend, this is a US bank under a US banking charter so you'd have to have a US Social Security number to open a US bank account in the US. If your Canadian then I recommend the Canadian company AlertPay, I use their service as well and like it very much because I like supporting Canadian businesses over US companies who allow terrorist harboring nations access to financial data like Paypal.
