that's why bond lovers (partially me) like royale, no bond charm what-so-ever here, craig was a wooden stilt in this film. The old 3 second cut per shot doesn't cut for me. But on the other hand it is really royale pt 2 so I can live with the plot (albeit a relativly weak bond villian). I think the next one will be back to the high standards the series has established.

Maybe I'm crazy but I prefer this movie than Casino Royale - more action scenes, great storyline and visual effects. Daniel Craig was fantastic. Olga Kurylenko (Camille) is definitely one of the most beautiful and memorable Bond Girls plus she looked much stronger than weak Vesper in Casino Royale. Mathieu Amalric, Judi Dench, Giancarlo Giannini were great as well. Gemma Arterton looked absolutely useless.

I kind of hope they will do more with the "Quantum," organization in the next film. I see Quantum as "Spectere," and If that was the case, I think they should just go back to the first film. And kind of start again with all the bond stories. Its too risky making their own stories up. The next film should really kind of be "Dr No," in all but name.

It was alright.

The fights and theme were true and good, but overall it was pretty blend and unanimous.

The opening and theme song blew.

But really the worst part of the movie is how they took good diolouge and writing for the Bond character and made it come out of the mouth of an absolute ROBOT!

Everything that guy said was robotic and said with the exact same tone of voice.

And in the end they decided to have Bond just give up and attempt to bullet him and his gal!

The trailer has all the trademarks of a bond film. Sadly the movie didn't. Bond had no charm, the bad guy was extremely boring and simple. I understand why people don't like the new style Bonds, but I think it's brilliant what they were doing. They seems to be following the books more so than before. In Casino Royale Bond completed his first mission and met Vespa. Vespa died and Bond became cold and depressed. He gets revenge in Quantum. And I'm assuming that he will be the sophisticated, suave Bond we all love for the third Bond film in the Craig series.

I found Casino Royal to be a great Bond Film with excellent writing and plot and story line..........However, Judy Dench is and always has been a horrible choice to replace the original "M". The role simply is not compatible with a Female playing the part.. It messed up the entire relationship between Bond and "M", as the original "M" was a "Father Figure" to Bond and he acted like a strict father to him..Now what a "Mother Figure" to Bond? Just doesn't work.
