Although after watching old hockey videos I've seen some tremendous improvement in goaltending, the dogmatic insistence on butterfly stance even in THIS ridiculous instance is just not even called for. It really makes no sense. If he'd just stood up and placed his pads together in the forward path of the puck, he would've been fine, and not have to worry about raising his glove or placing his knees at the right angle. Furthermore, he had 60 feet in front of him to skate up and play the puck.

Not for nothing, but Toskala should've known to get his whole body in front of the puck. As a former goalie, I know when it bounces like that, don't rely on your glove hand. Put the whole body in front to block it, otherwise you end up looking like a fool... like this.

Roy made a glove save, then waved his mitt over his head to show off to the fans. He didn't realize he dropped the puck and the other team tapped it in while he was waving his hand around. That one, or the one where he took his glove off during a game and couldn't get it back on in time. The other team shot and scored. All Pat could do was sit there and complain loudly, "I wasn't ready!" HAHA! Poor guy, at least he worked it into a commercial!
