What tom heads do you recommend for MAXIMUM audio? I play @ venues where they don't mic the toms and my toms are barely audible no matter how hard I hit. The sizes are 12" and 16"

its not wrap its actually a peice of sheet metal (copper) like ligit. i went to a sheet metal company in NYC to get it and cut, drilled polished and clear coated it... came out nice but made my drums a little heavy.. aahaha

nah it actually didnt change the sound at all it serves the same purpose as regualr wrap really.
