I was never a big fan of Hagar in VH his singing and writing is so distintive to him, it changed VH,it was still good but not ORIGNAL like with DLR .So to see him having his own band is grea,t Sammy deserves it for all the BS he endured in VH not only the fans but the drunken Eddy VH. But now we have to just get Micheal Anthony, DLR and VH together to make one more studio album.

It's really hard to say what happened between the Van Halen Brothers and Hagar/Anthony Fred- they're the only ones who know for sure.

I think Michael Anthony said that he was basically kicked out and we know Van Halen without Michael Anthony is not Van Halen.

Without a doubt the second incarnation of Van Halen delivered some incredible tracks and it was Sammy Hagar's peak in his career.Everything he's done since is second rate compared to his work with Van Halen.
