She may be best known for her Pastry magic, but she is doing great in the Next Iron Chef S04: Super Chefs competition. She has surprised me so far. I underestimated her, probably because I did not know much about her.
As of now, she is a pretty hot contender in the competition.
She reminds me a lot of my PE teacher Mrs. Schwartz back in high school. Same mentality, heck even the same face and hair.
