What these people in this "caucus" don't understand is these unemployed blacks either dropped out of school and have no high school education, or have been convicted of so many felonies that no one wants to take the risk. Gwen Moore is the last person that should talk about jobs, considering she sends 10s of millions of dollars to eastern europe for maternal mortality. She has done nothing in 3 terms to create a job in Milwaukee, only block them.
