Second, is there some mechanism on that first box to cover the opening where the panels are slid into? I've seen a similar pochade box that had a hinged panel that came down over that opening and closed it up nice and tight.
Anyway, I like your boxes. I'm looking at building one myself and this video gave me some ideas. Thanks for posting.
I didn't make a cover for the panel holding area. I just strap a rubber band cord around the box and off I go. The cord keeps the panels in place and the lid closed. Lazy, I know, but it is a practical box not an ornament ;)
The L Braket is a stanley but I would recommend that you look below the display at the bins and get a larger one similar to the one I used on the larget pochade.
The palette is called Mijello Artelier Peel-off Palette. I can't post a link here but if you google you will find it. $19.95 Cdn.
Here in the US we call those cotter pins. I just wondered where u got the l-brackets, the flat ones. Also, where did you get the covered palette u use-or what is it called? Great work!
Thanks Mike. I have no idea what these things are called LOL. I just go to the hard store and find what I need or figure out how I can use what is there.
Wonderful video and great tips, thanks!

For someone who says they aren't very handy, those boxes look like they work very well.
You use the wrong terms for a lot of items in your description but it's good enough for people to get the idea.
Thanks for posting.
