Shay is right. I did a juicing diet for 60 days and lost about 45 pounds. The first 7 or 8 days were pretty tough but after that you start to feel better. You will have a lot more energy. The more you loose the better you feel. I have been maintaining the last month or so and feel great. So anybody interested in loosing weight should do it. Shay talks about it like he does because you feel very proud when you meet a goal like that. So good for you Shay on your weight loss success.
