@mouse21 It's not an excuse at all, you have to have time efficient and effective basketball workouts. You have to include drills that work on multiple skills so that you are getting the most out of your time. For example, you can get in a great workout in 45 minutes while doing drills that cover a high number of skills than practicing for 3-4 hours, going half ass and basically getting about 5 minutes of work in. It's not about how much time you spend working out but it's how you spend the time
Kemba is a beast...great all around talent. Not only does he have the ability, the confidence and mental toughness for a cat his size but he has big heart in big moments like Jimmer. Great balance and elevation also on his jumper and sound shot release. Big things from them both in store...
If you are not at the stage of "NBA or Division 1 professional" yet, you do not want to practice for as many hours as possible. It is dangerous, and it will cause a significantly high risk of injury by practicing 10 hours a day, unless you have the right type of training that you pay cold hard money for. Just letting people know in case they don't; I would have made that mistake if it wasn't for the articles I read
GREAT Interview! Thank you so much for getting this interview. It's great too learn from a dynamic scorer like Kemba.
#1 thing I learned from this video, For small guys, you have to be versatile & work on a wide range of moves to create your shot. Getting good spacing is important, Attack & attack hard.
