This skating definitely do not match the music and vis-versa. The skating is technically good, but for artistic impression, a round, zero. This music is more suited to ice dancing or pairs skating... The problem is skaters come back year after year with the same skating and different music. Male figure skaters can take a leave out of Robin Cousins book. Technically and artistically he was brilliant.

lysacek's supporters are so annoying. Plushenko could not care less about him. What he concerns about is the value of quad jumps.

People must forget that Lysacek only won by 1.5 point, huh? That certainly is not convincing enough. He did not skated much better than Plushenko and he won because the isu intentionally cut down the value of quad jumps. See what happaned now? They add the value of quad jumps right after the Olympics.

Please stop talking about Plushenko's behaviour at the Olimpics. He smiled and shooked hands with Lysacek. He also said that Lysacek is a good skater (As for me he is just a cow on ice) And this is enough. His opinion about judgement and stagnation of the figure skating is absolutly right.

Plushy was and still is the best skater (not only "a jumper") and sincere man.

I didn't say u said that he was bad :)! Yagudin beat him a lot, but then there was that one year where Plushenko beat him in everything, then Alexei was the one who moved to New Jersey. I'm not sure what happened behind the scenes, but both of them seemed pretty responsible for a break in that friendship. I mean, Joubert beat him, but he still invited him to tour with him. but he was pretty off at this year's Olys, I don't think he's like that all the time though.

He didn't compete in almost anything Plushy did in 2002, minus the Olys and one other. But I won't defend Plush's behaviour at the Olys, cuz it was wrong. @sripeat You know, i read Plushenko's bibliography novel. Yagudin older 3 years, than Plushy. Yagudin was simply not fair Plushenko. Yagudin knew, that maybe Plushy will better. In the group Evgeni was the little boy.He has many suffering, pain. He lived alone in St .Peterburg, when he was 11 years, because he wanted training Mishin. When his mother moved to him, they were hungry. Plushenko is great skater, and great personality

This is so not true. It was Yagudin who wanted badly to get all Mishin's attention, but was frustrated that Mishin thought Plushenko was more talented. That is why he left for Tarasova. You can read it from Yagudin's autobiography.

P.S., Plushenko was only 15 when Yagudin broke up with Mishin. He was the youngest in the group and could only see Mishin like 20 minutes a day at the beginning, since Mishin had older and more famous students to mentor.
