  • The progressive commie socialistic demorats along with obama and his marxist minstrels want the United States citizen a subject and have total government control. They love george soros and they use their one world order media to try to shut conservatives up. Look at the videos of the Teaparty actions compared to the uneducated morons of the wall street protestors. Why don't they go protest the federal reserve and that commie gargage?

  • Is it just me or does brown sound like hes kicked back a few.

  • Huh? Savage contradicts himself saying he's a minority in the media when right wing talkers DOMINATE talk radio yet complains that the FD will constrain conservative talkers? But still I don't listen to Savage but still this was a cool interview with Brown.

  • a little state control wouldn't hurt a little! -Jerry Brown! what bureaucratic sob.......it is never a little, its starts that way then turns into nothing but pervasive control! fairness doctrine is pure trash we wont put up with it

  • I think James Hetfield summed it up best....

"The ultimate in vanity, exploiting their supremacy. I can't believe the things they say. I can't believe the price we pay. Justice is lost, justice is raped, justice is gone. Pulling your strings, justice is done. Seeking no truth, winning is all. FIND IT SO GRIM, SO TRUE, SO REAL".

It's over. He's telling us to drop dead. No matter what you do or what you vote, they will do what they want and pile manure on your grave.

  • I can't believe this idiot got a 3rd term.

  • Although Dr. Savage is correct in his views, he did nevertheless, make a mistake in continuing to hammer Gerry Brown with the question of his position regarding the "Fairness Doctrine". Brown answered the question sufficiently, after the question was posed the first time. Brown - "you have a point of view, I have a point of view & they're different. I think that clash can illuminate the truth better than just a one sided presentation". Thats the way the judicial system works. The truth is

  • definitely not revealed by allowing only one side to present their case. Nevertheless, even when both conflicting arguments are presented, it is of no benefit & the situation is reduced to being as if only one side presented their case if the presiding judge doesn't recuse himself when there clearly exists a "conflict of interest". Judge Walker is a homosexual & if that doesn't constitute a conflict of interest, then nothing does

  • If the judge had been a Christian & upheld Prop.8, gay marriage advocates would have been crying "conflict of interest" & "seperation of church & state". Although in America, its ridiculous to create a situation in which a Christian can't preside as judge. Historically in America, the U.S. Supreme Court, was for many years, a Christian stronghold. In the tradition of the very first Supreme Court Justice... John Jay

  • However, its not at all ridiculous to disallow gays from presiding because the U.S. Constitution is a document written by Christians. Thus, homosexuals will obviously interpret it incorrectly... as did Walker. "Unalienable Rights" are based on the "innateness" of humanity. They're rights inherent from human birth. Thats why Constitutional rights are not arbitrary, but rather, they're absolute... "self evident". Few behaviors are innate & homosexuality isn't one of them

  • we have an indirect democracy bitches.

  • This Savage moron apparently thinks if one minority sides with whites, they can oppress another minority. His logic is impeccable...

  • Do any of you people screaming about the Fairness Doctrine even know what it is, or have any experience of it? My guess is no. The Fairness Doctrine was a policy established in 1949, implemented by the FCC, simply requiring holders of broadcast licenses to present controversial issues of public importance in a manner that in the Commission's view, was honest, equitable and balanced.

It was abolished in 1987 by Ronald Reagan, giving rise to FOX and their sole version of fair and balanced. HAH!

  • VOTE INDEPENDENT. chelene nightengale is far better than smeg shitman.

  • Jerry Brown cannot hold a candle to Dr. Savage! Savage wins every time.

  • Hahaha, Savage totally set up what the effects of the Fairness Doctrine would do to his show then, point by point, conceded to the fact that none of those things would actually happen and this was without Jerry Brown even actually attempting to do so.

  • Savage does not win argument because of superior logic. The only way he wins them is because he constantly interrupts his guests and does not allow them to finish their statements. That kind of bullying is the sign of a weak person; not a strong person. If he were stronger, he would allow his opponents to answer questions without his bullying.

  • Savage lied. Pelosi does not support the Fairness Doctorine. She was one of the decicive votes that pushed through the 1996 Telicom Act.

  • Important message about your account from billionaire Meg Whitman... From now on, money you receive will be temporarily held in a pending balance.

pay pal ebay are illegal businesses that control the sellers money for weeks after sale

I am a Conservative Republican and meg Whitman is repulsive, she doesn't care about american jobs !!!!He belongs in jail not the capitol

  • Fairness Doctrine?? That's basically an attack on free speech!!!

Who is it that would decide what is "fair"? The Government? It would be the Demorats who would pick and choose what type of information runs through the airwaves.

  • its not the marketplace that controls the media, it is the money from right wing on AM radio which is a 7x24 advertisement for the Republicans. And NPR has a very good diverisity of views. Weiner is lying on top of lies. That's why some of the people who mindlessly believe these lies need to at least have to opportunity to hear the opposing side. AND ... right wing think tanks forced NPr to put on right wing spokesmen back in the 80's they just do not want to do do the fair thing here.

  • the fairness doctrine does not take anyone off the air weener ... you are a lie ... or in the words of a republican you can understant - you lie!

  • Jerry Brown is the same as he always was, I seen the same old bs spewing out of his mouth as when I lived in mexifornia 35 years ago, some things never change..

  • @mrwalrus58 --- My grandparents lived through Jerry Brown's "Governor Moonbeam" era ... they still despise him. He was a lousy governor, a lousy mayor of Oakland and today he's a lousy attorney general. And he wants to be governor again? He won't make it.

  • I would like to invite all the good people of the world to join the Jerry Brown for Governor Facebook fan page at......w.w.w.facebook com/jerrybrown

  • lol @ 4:16

I wanted to smack Jerry Brown upside the head when he said that.

  • Savage support Jerry Brown on his election and trashes his fellow conservatives on a daily basis.

    what is the deal?

  • @ManUtdiszbest He's just a pissed off liberal posing as conservative. He's another one of these phonies that doesn't put his money where his mouth is. Brown wants to take your guns, turn criminals out on the streets, legalize sexual perversion, control the media and Mike Savage supported him the 1970's and he supports him now!

  • @ManUtdiszbest

What do you think of him now bumbass!!

  • So I guess Savage gave a lot of money to this guys campaign?

    I'm dissapointed cuz I'm a Savage fan.

  • The fairness doctrine hasn't sounded that bad to me since conservative talk radio exploited the people's anger to get Gov. Davis recalled in '03, while the robber barons at Enron knowingly manipulated the energy grid to maximize their profits and got away with it on their golden parachutes.

Why wasn't Gov. Wilson recalled when he hiked taxes to pay for the deficit California had in the early 90s? Why isn't Gov. Schwarzenegger being recalled for this mother of messes we're in?

  • the socialist media exploited the people's anger to get adolf hussein obama elected in '08. since vaeVictis06 hates money so much, he should hand over his life savings to nakedBison. why isn't adolf obama being recalled for dismantling the United States of America?

  • Enron, insurance companies denying coverage, investment bankers destroying our economy and making money by shifting it around from one house of cards to another...

    nakedBison69:

"I don't mind, as long as the scary government doesn't go after me!!!"

I like money! I think the middle class should get a break and the very wealthy should pay their fair share. That's not socialism. Do you like paying a higher tax rate than billionaires do? If you do, than there is something wrong with you.

  • actually, it is the government sticking its nose into the housing industry that caused our economic downturn.

    vaeVictis06:

"I don't mind, as long as the scary government doesn't go after me!!!"

since VaeVictis the socialist hates money so much, he should hand over his life savings to nakedBison. vaeVictis wants our entire paychecks to go straight to the all-powerful government. There is something wrong with vaeVictis06

  • "it is the government sticking its nose into the housing industry that caused our economic downturn." This is NOT TRUE at all. Promoting housing is a great and good policy goal. However, just as GM "tanked" the American housing market "hit the skids" due to the overburdening of our Nation and National Budget by the warmongering of Bush/Cheney White House, who were never elected with any kind of mandate, who started two wars, wanted to start a third war with Iran, busted the budget. Gutless Ones.

  • so typical of irrational socialists, mdelcamp1 finds a way to blame Bush for every evil that ever happened in the history of the world. President Bush was indeed elected with a mandate to correct the terrible mistakes made by BJ Clinton. so typical of socialists, mdelcamp has nothing good to say about the United States and nothing bad to say about his islamofascist butt buddies. mdelcamp is the gutless one

  • You are just a name calling loony tunes, and further, you throw around terms like socialist so loosely, it loses all meaning in your usage. The only "terrible mistake" of Bill Clinton, was not getting elected to a third and fourth term, or getting his Veep Successor, Al Gore, elected. Hey, you are the "NakedBison" "butt", Buddy, not me. Oh, and BTW, which is it? Socialist? or IslamoFascist? One thing's for sure: You don't know what you are talking about. Better not post, than 2 "remove all doubt

  • @VaeVictis06 Billionaires actually pay far more taxes then you or I do. Think about it and do the math. 33% of a billion or millions is far more then 33% of 50K, 75k,100k etc. Now factor in the costs related to running a corp and all those paychecks that the employees receive, if the billionaires are a corp or have employees. We will exclude the actors, and musicians that make mega bucks but don't have many employees.

  • The Loony left has already been instituting fascist speech codes on college campuses all over the country. In addition, they have their own battery of MANDATORY left-wing indoctrinating classes that have been brought up on charges of civil rights violations. It's been like this for awhile, that's why we're in our current mess - brainwashed non-thinkers who've only learned revisionist history are now in power, in the media, and the voting booth. It's unamerican and it's blatantly dictatorial.

  • that is because the Looney Left believes in tolerance and free speech for other Looney Leftists, and censoship against anybody who dares to not be a Looney Left socialist

  • Savage is so smart.

  • Michael Savage and Rush Limbaugh and other conservative talk radio hosts, like to broadcast their opposition to the "Fairness Doctrine" reinstituted, which it so happens we had for years two decades ago. They do not take calls from liberals, they are not champions of debate or free speech. Their employers are corporate. They are entertainers at best, and at worst crowd pleasing rabble rousers and more totalitarian in their shows, than the newly elected American Establishment: Liberals & Dems.

  • actually, conservative talk radio hosts almost always take socialist callers over those who agree with them. it makes for more exciting talk radio. mdeLcamp is a totalitarian rabble rouser

  • Yes, Naked Bison, but then they tend to talk over them or ignore them or cut them off, totally trampling my own notions of fair and honorable discourse. I consider myself fairly conservative, because many folks think abortion and feminism, outpost policies of ideologies more virulent and vicious than any communism or totalitarianism, are A-Okay - when in fact, they are destroying the America we have all known for two centuries, and they are also quite toxic towards both RELIGION and WESTERN CIV.

  • I agree with you that many of the radio talk show hosts interrupt and talk over their callers. but guess what? they do this with callers and even guests who agree with them, too. i hate when they do any of this, but i think it is far more a matter of them simply having no manners or too big of an ego, than any deliberate attempt to shut down their opposition. and, occasionally there WILL be a very polite conservative talk show host, such as William Bennet and, to some degree, Dennis Prager

  • Look at air America...it sucked...it failed...end of story

  • Except for the fact that Savage, Limbaugh, Hannity, and other conservative talk show hosts dominant the AM airwaves as millions and millions of listeners tune in every day...your ignorance is stunning

  • the problem is that limbaugh and hannity aren't conservatives. they're war hawks and support wasting trillions of dollars over seas in turd world countries.

  • Shall we air ALL opposing opinions? Who gets to decide what the opinions are that shall be expressed on the program? The government?

Government has no business defining what "both sides" of an issue are, or what is "conservative" or "liberal". Can you imagine a congressional committee determining and defining the exact "opinions" that must be expressed on a political talk show? It's an insane and laughable notion.

  • "A little federal control of the media never hurt anybody"

That says it all. Though I agree on some things with Michael Savage, I think he's a bit too... repugnant for me on other issues. Therefore, I will excersise my right to tune in to other people.

It's not hard to do and the government doesn't have to get involved.

Next thing you know they're going to try to make the internet that way.

  • Savage is impressive on this one.

  • brown made himself out to be a classic politician.

he sounded uninformed and a bit disconnected.

"somebody just handed you that"--i was thinking the exact same thing.

    gov. brown is a masochist.

savage needs to lay off the mute button when his guests are trying to speak. it causes too much confusion.

  • dude. what if mike is wrong and liberalism actually is right?

  • dude, conservatism is right, liberalism is left, dude......whoooooooa, dude, that's heavy!

  • yeah but take france their red light distric is as big as texas. so to me socialism is better

  • move?

  • money?

  • move to france then frenchy. we don't need traitors here anyhow.

  • um like dude, what if you like pulled your head out of your ass dude

  • heres my longfellow ya heard/

  • 'when the Nazis came for the Communists I remained silent,I was not a Communist. When they came for the Social Democrats I remained silent,I was not a Social Democrat. When they came for the Trade Unionists I remained silent,I was not a member of a Trade Union. When they came for the Jews I remained silent,I was not a Jew.When they came for me there was no one left to speak out'

  • Great quote.

  • Michael Savage pwns.

  • chilling. more state powers. moonbeam brown is a whackjob. the country was founded on division moonbeam. the founding fathers all hated eachother before they closed that document. this was a great interview.

  • Jerry Brown is one of the few politicians with the guts and the brains to go toe to toe with Michael Savage. The problem with Brown is he wins election to an office and almost immediately he loses interest in that job and begins working to get to his next job.

  • I like Jerry Brown of California, and he cleaned up the fiscal California State Budget Mess left behind by his California Governor Predecessor, Ronald Reagan, and Jerry would have cleaned up the mess Reagan made in Washington, DC, had Brown been nominated and elected our U.S. President. Dukakis of Massachusetts, and Mondale of Minnesota, and Muskie of Maine would each have proven to have made for a great U.S. Presidency. Instead, we have had many no-good-niks in this office since Eisenhower.

  • actually, it is the late great President Reagan who cleaned up a lot of the mess created by the notorious, shitler-loving antisemite, Dhimmi Carter, who is both the worst President and worst ex-President in all of American history. And now, if we still have a country left in four years, either the beautiful Sarah Palin, Mike Huckabee, or Rudy Giuliani will have their hands full, trying to clean up the disaster being created by Adolf Hussein Obama

  • Oh, I doubt your interpretation completely. Carter would have been reelected, had the sandstorm not knocked the rescue helicopters out of commission in the Entebbe like Special Ops raid into Iran to rescue the American hostages. Why is Carter anti-Semite? Because he said publicly that Israel has an estimated 50 nuclear bombs? America needs to take charge of 1) Israel, a purported Ally but not really; and 2) the American based Israel Lobby, which is totally out of control.

  • medeLcamp's doubtful interpretation is completely wrong. Carter would never be re-elected, because he was such a complete disaster as a President and now as ex-President. mdeLcamp the shitler-loving, gay antisemite is totally out of control

  • Whoa, wait a minute there, naked Bison fellow; where do you get off, calling me gay? I am not a happy man at all, nor am I homosexual, either. The Jews bug me, it is true, and I do have a natural sympathy for the Middle Classes of Weimar German Republic, who suffered from expensive warfare, economic ruination, and utterly incompetent national misrule, in the 1920s, same as America now, come to think of it. Hitler & Company won lots of female German votes, as they were more "advanced" than U.S.

  • mdeLcamp the shtiler-loving, sad gay homo fag nazi has a natural sympathy for his gay lover in Hell, adolf shitler. putting "advanced" in "quotes" adds absolutely "nothing" to mdeLcamp's "arguments" or lack of them

  • You are a kind of a hangdog fellow, a little bit teched in the head, aren't you? Thank God nobody, and I mean nobody else on this Planet, thinks, speaks or writes like you. You have the wind at your back, and clear sailing, in totally open ocean, unencumbered by anything or anyone, you big thinker, you. Happy Trails and Happy Sails to You, my erstwhile Jewish sympathizing Friend. Your morality is highly impressive, within your Circle of Life, Circle of One, of Course. Well, You and Your God.

  • testing 1 2 3...

  • @mdelcamp1 You honetly think THAT is why Carter lost the election?? Are you kidding me? The economy? weak leadership? any one of those have anything to do with him losing 40+ states?

  • Weak Leadership? Who are you kidding? Carter was a Naval Academy Grad and a trained Nuclear Sub Commander. Further, I am old enough to remember the mismanagement of the American Economy by Carter's predecessors: Nixon, and then Gerald Ford. Gerry "tanked" the Economy, then sought to punish those thrown out of jobs by his Repub viciousness. Nowadays, we have Repubs gaining ground again, by somehow assigning blame for this lousy jobs situation and USA Economy, to of all people, Bush's Successor.

  • at this point, anybody who defends dhimmi carter is either clinically insane, or incredibly stupid and brainless

  • abaskcasckbackj, the problem with you is that you are have too many facts and common sense to support you. see, America-hating socialists like mdelcamp hate facts and hate common sense, because such things stand in the way of their dream of complete world takeover

  • mdelcamp1' s intrepretation is completely wrong. dhimmi carter would have never been re-elected, because America realized what a complete disaster he was. Israel needs to take charge of mdelcamp, a purported human but not really. mdelcamp the shitler-loving, gay antisemite is completely out of control
