At 5:05 is the Dead Ringer re-activate sound from TF2, which is ironic since it acts like a regular cloak.

Think I read this was a Game Maker game.  If so, damn that's very intricate for a GM game.

Yep, I can vouch that this game was made in Game Maker, though it uses a lot of Pro-only features.

The bombs also make crit sounds when they hit enemies (you hear it when the buzzy beetles are blown up).

I actually think that's the Mini Crit sound, unless the crits sound different when you're hit as opposed to hitting them.
