What sickens me is that, this guy will cost us even more. He won't be but into the general prison population where he really deserves to be. They will lock him up like they did with Bernardo, under max security in isolation away from other prisoners that will make him more than a bitch.

@boljavremena It is rather comical to see people who don't have a clue about social /personal psychology commenting about the human psyche (aka such a monster etc). While it is true that some people have a greater chance of committing such crimes (social settings, childhood, etc), if you have taken any basic psych classes you'd know that most of us if not all of us are capable of such acts if fostered in the appropriate or unappropriate environmental stimuli.
