I have been practicing ashtanga for 3 years. This video is very inspiring. I think inspiraton is needed for ashtangi because it is such a slow and painful prosess. All these gurus tell you about how great it is to walk the spiritual path but they never talk about the pain and sacrifice that is required. Transformation is always a slow and painful process.
