I have this on DVD but haven't watch it in some time. But from what I remember it was not some type of sexified murder mystery.

To get butts in seats, sometimes you have to "sexy" it up. Too bad that theatre ads are oftentimes forced to be misleading.

Deceptive advertising. Unbelievably misleading. Arguably the most meaningful Broadway musical ever, but what a lousy ad!

an intensively shot commercial.
the sexual instense is so obvious, even donna's line is filled with desire.
appeal to a lot of people who might not be interested in the show at all.
Beautiful but a little bit misleading. people who are seized by this commercial could be disappointed.
Don't get me wrong.i love the show. my opinion is ,this commercial shows something that is not really about the show.
OMG, thank you SOOOO MUCH. One of my favorite musicals of all time.
