My guild on Kargath has downed Hodir hardmode.

The damage meters are very good, its all due to the buffs tho.

our top 6 dps are doing about 12k or a little over. Everybody after that is doing over 9k, most, doing over 10k. we have 1 tank and 4 healers also, 1 pally, 1 druid, 2 holy priests.

you could try grid, with a little customization its pretty good

grid and/or xperl...xperl has raid frames that turn a certain color depending on the type of debuff, plus customization to turn it a specific color when a specific debuff goes on a player if you allow it to. you can download plug-ins for xperl that allow further customization similar to grid if you go with that style.
