As for the first question...having been in love with somebody who didn't like people of my gender, the way I finally got over him was by realizing that just because he couldn't love me the way I loved him didn't mean he didn't love me; that I still mattered to him as a friend and that he wouldn't stop caring but that the fact that I was just his friend also couldn't change. It made it easier for me to feel about him the same way he felt about me.

Good video Stevie. The advise on getting some gay friends is excellent. I think it allows you to explore more who you are if you are among your peers...gay peers that is. Nothing wrong with having straight friends at all, but it def helps to have friends as you say 'on the same page.' Besides..it is a nice way to network and possibly meet someone that might help you get over the person and move on.

For the first one, I usually try to find reasons/flaws to not like the person (really nit-pick a person a part) to get over someone and quickly find a new one as well.

For the first one, I usually try to find reasons/flaws to not like the person (really nit-pick a person a part) to get over someone and quickly find a new one as well.

That was really good advice. Especially on the exes as friends part. I could never understand how some people could be friends with exes because I hate them all.
