I've doing it for a few years now and it has changed my life in so many positive ways and I finally found a way to go to BJJ. Thank you uploader.

Tyrone is in Colorado now, he recently came to an Intermediate level Jiu Jitsu class at McMahon BJJ (where I take classes) in Ft. Collins so help teach a class.
Glover's movements are beautiful. Very athletic guard passing. Great flow.

Tyrone Live in Boulder CO now and goes to law school at CU. He trains and competes for Amal Easton BJJ team now.
As far as fighting, he is getting the bug back in him and is most likely going to be in a Ring of Fire show real soon.
