This turdtube is made out of Boeing reject parts. It is the only thing keeping it in the air. Now buy some good AMERICAN airspeed indicators and you will kill less passengers.
May I remind you that most american aircarft have BRITISH Rolls Royce engines, and the airspeed indicator wasnt at fualt with the A330 Crash, it was a bomb and your government didnt want it to be found out as it would ruin the aviation industry cos noone would fly, in america anyway, so they blamed it on the ASI...
@05u16hep The piece of shit airspeed indicator is made in Europe by the Thales Corp. The A330 is/was owned by Air France. I doubt they would collude with the US govt. to cover up things. Most of French govt. hates the US excepting its' President. The pattern of debris in the ocean does not match a bomb. See you later pencildick.
"Aparently" they didnt find the black boxes, so how did they know? your telling me 2 experienced pilots overspeeded the aircraft so much it broke up becuse BOTH of the ASI's didnt work. you need a reality check mate.
Furthermore, I have an extremely large "Dick" and it is well over 5X the length and 8X the width of a pencil
Go fly on a DC-10, but be careful the engine doesent fall off.... and hope the fan disc doesent shatter...
wow those are some fast moving frenchmen. look at frame :26, 0:40-0:45, and 1:00-1:10 im not sure but i think those skins are made from CFRP right? Even the slightest amount of UV light will start corroding CFRP before it is painted. Boeing builds the 787 (another CFRP plane) indoors, with UV free lighting and only moves the unpainted parts around outside at night.
I think it's an euxhaust for the Auxilary Power Unit (APU), the small engine thats in the tail of an aircraft to provide power when the main engines are off. There is also usually a strobe light or something fitted to the back. Not 100% sure but thats what it could be.
What is the rearest hole for? (notice the rear of the aircraft? Ithas a hole, also many other type of aircrafts got this, I don't know what are them for).
Sometimes it fails, I was on board flight CO#743 last Sunday, during boarding, all went off, for a minute or so, I was on row 12 so I could hear some kind of alarm from cockpit, I didn't got scared that happened once before, I know tech guys will not allow to take off if aircraft is not in shape, the flight was smooth.

This is a cool video, but where is the full length original? This one is shortened and has a few parts cut-out.

you are correct. although airlines are now being encouraged to use ground power instead of the APU to save fuel.
