  • What size rims and tires are on the car? Sweet ride.

  • the engine sounds like a horse while cantering..

  • Fuking amazing..i want one exactly like it would pay anything under 40k

  • Sweet camshaft dude idle is a little low

  • awesome, only thing id change is the tailpipes. id put the ones that end right behind the rear wheels pointing down.

  • What color paint is that? it's beautiful. :]

  • Nice duration camshaft, although id tune the idle up a hair...

  • nice stall.

  • nothing like a small block chevy with a good strong cam to make her idle a little rough

  • Idle is a little on the low side, super clean Camaro though, nice.

  • I nearly jizzed. The beauty is overwhelming.

  • What's your idle?

  • looks amazing, no side mirrors or any lights. Is that legal?

  • @turtleman220 there is a side mirror on the drivers side ( only found on the 1967 model) as for the lights, they pop out if you want them to.

  • @turtleman220 yeah they wernt made with passenger side mirrors or lights so yes its legal

  • makes me think of "Better Off Dead"

  • @wheeler8801 DANGIT,You Beat me

  • Real nice but the pipes are way to long!

  • Nice, but man trim them pipes!

  • Nice, but man trim them pipes!

  • 12:1 my ass

  • whats the item number on those headers

  • Idle is really low.

  • my sister's friend had one from the exact same year and he sold it for a HUGE lime green monster truck that stands almost 8 ft. tall and the tires are 40 in.!

  • niiiiiice.

  • nice video my dads friend has a 1967 camaro the same as yours but in burgundy and he wants to sell it to me for 18k because it has new engine and transmission and he installed disc brakes and currently has 9 miles on the engine do you think its a good buy or should i buy a 2010 dodge challenger. But i thimk i should go with the camaro because i can sell it for 80k and buy 2 challengers?

  • 0:14 - 0:20 sounds like a horse galloping.

Yup, another Camaro that wishes it was a Mustang.

  • shooda put 4 inch pipe on her : )!

  • Beautiful car. You said you installed a rear spoiler, that was good I think. The other things I would do is install a factory style cowl hood, and like someone else mentioned I would trim the tailpipes a couple inches to factory length. Really nice car though!

  • Dam does that sound nice

  • A camshaft that lopey isn't going to provide very much bottom end torque and performance on the street.

  • @JohnQuincyAdams1 yeah right dumb ass do u not know anything?

  • @iRIDEaHONDA9 - I've been in the auto repair industry for over 25 years, have owned a Yenko Camaro for 20+ years, and etc. Nah, I don't know squat. lol

  • heard that knocking at the end!!!!!!

  • it sounded nice....UNTIL IT CUT OFF!but its still a nice car

  • i got a 355 in my truck..its an 85...love it!

  • long intake/exhaust goes with smaller camshafts. u are opposing your peak torque range

  • Love that rumble!

  • Holy shit, what size cam are you sportin?? Gorgeous Camaro tho!

  • question. I have a 1967 Camaro convertable rs 4 speed manual, and i am looking to get some moderate sounding mufflers. is there any way you could make a video of you reving the engine a little? this is the only video i could find with Flowmaster 50 series mufflers. Thanks

  • Sorry man....the way the exhaust exits the car looks like shit. HIde it!!

  • what size of tires you got on the back of that?

  • its hard to c them in vid but they might be 295's but not sure

  • yeah that guy is loping alot my pop is running 12.5:1 in his 355sbc 1969 camaro. Trying to get him to go 383 low compresion and turbo maybe 9.0:1 that way yhe could run pump gas and still have a 600+whp car. Your exhaust seems a little small though. Good looking car though

  • nice :-) *****

  • I want one of these, I'm from Brazil

  • BETTEROFF DEAD CAMARO !!!! LOLZXD i want it or a fixer upper

  • damn dude thats my dream car rite there personally i luv it but i think the only thing wrong with it is there should be the lil wing on the back

  • how big is that damn cam? sounds like you should up the idle a tad

    i had a 355 before...it was a great motor...but im going 383 now ; )

  • oooooooyeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa me encantaaaa

  • thats a sexy ass car right there

  • Brings tears to my eyes :) Can´t wait to get my hands on one of my own.

  • flywheel wtf haha. these magnum series cams have reall aggressive lobe seperations ground into em. thats why they lope so much. also sounds like its idleing a tad slow. im runn the same cam in my 406 i idle it right at a 1000rpms. also runnin a 3000 stall and it could still use some more haha

  • BADASS!!!

  • beautiful car!

  • magnific, awesome !!

  • Nice I always liked the 67 and 68 style over the 69 any day!

  • Agree. but ill setlle for a 69 with RS trimming any day, they have good a damn aggressive look

  • Not me, I like the 67 and 68 tail lights more and the goofy things they put over the 69's headlights I can't stand

  • Sounds rather tinny, and it has a major idling problem. Hopefully buy now he/she has fixed it.

  • Probably got a big cam so the idle is offbeat by nature, a little higher idle rmp and finetuning the needles on carb should get it running sweet.

  • u no a lot about cars if u think it has an idle problem

  • Well, the real problem is that the engine builder most likely put an under weight flywheel.

This lets the engine rev up fast, but at the cost of low end idle stability.

  • huh? no, the chunky cam specs make for the aggressive lope.

    the flywheel? c'mon!!

  • lol it stoled

  • Sounds awsome, do u not run a stall converter??? Im putting a 300/310 duration 488/510 lift in my 327 bored 60 over and hope it sounds as good as this.

  • Hellyeah Sweet ride dude!! CFH

  • what size tire do you have?

  • ur a wog

  • sounds like a horse trotting lmao

  • B E A utiful!

  • That thing sounds good! Looks sweet too! I'm getting ready to build a 355 for my 68 impala 2 door and i'm shooting for about 400-425 HP. I'm going with the same cam as you. My brother had the same cam in his SBC 400 and it sounded just like that...he had alot into it and got about 475 HP out of it.

  • did it die at the end or wat?

although very nice car super clean

  • yeah the engine seized

  • 57KIL, stalled not seized. not at all the same.

  • This is a sick car!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • True.

  • NICE man verrrrrrr niiice, home my 350 sounds like that

  • Who are you kidding? That massive lope in the idle sounds sweet!

  • How much CFM(Carburator) do you have on it?i have a car Pontiac GTO 6.6L 1969 400 and i have 11:1 comp and i have a dual kit! with comp and everything and i have too 500 CFM Edelbrock Carbs is it 2 much or how much do you give it?

  • what cam are you running

  • dont matter what size cam it is. I'd say 750 to 830 at the very most.

  • not true. larger cam = more rpms. more rpms = more cfm required. so indirectly a cam will affect cfm requirement on a particular motor. cfm requirement is based on a lot of factors.

  • Gimme one of those!

  • needs the idle set higher i have the same cam ,and there a racy idle, thats why it stalled out on you - mine had done the same stuff

  • the idle is thee most beautilful thing i have ever heard

  • what a beautiful car

  • yes what octane are u useing will it run on pump

  • what type of gas do you use?

  • Great stuff. I'm going to get one...one of these days!

  • VERY NICE! i love the rallys!

  • AHH dream car

  • hey

    tat idle is friggn awsome!!

im re-storing a 1968 camaro coup and i need it to sound like that.

wutt kind of egsost is it

  • yeah, my dad had an RS/SS Camaro 67, for Drag racing, had a 422 Stroker in it, double 4 barrel carb. was nice.... yeah nice RS Camaro man

  • 355 cu.? That's not stock for a 67 is that? I have a 67 ss and it came with the 350 stock, but i uped to a 572, figured i needed more lol. beautiful cars tho. whats the rear end built to? personally i had mine built to a 69 z28 but now w/the massive power had to go dana. love the car tho

  • i thought the 350 didnt come around until '69

  • 355 is a 350 punched over. (.60 if I remember correctly)

  • 355 is a 350 .030 over..

  • ahh my bad. lol plus I forgot a 0 in my .060.

  • lol no biggy. lots of people put 30. or 60. etc

    thats alooot of bore..LOL

  • its like a prostock wow nice cam

  • is nice but the 292 and up have a racy idle, needs idled up a lil, i use to mess with mine all the time-lol, i had it rich as hell

  • IT DIED!!! O no! Just kidding.

  • Nice camaro! Yes, I want to put a hot cam in my 01 silverado but I am afraid of it stalling just like that, which would not be good since it's my daily driver!

  • sweet 69 sounds great

  • its a 67

  • awesome man, awesome

  • I love the RS, Im putting the same front end on mine this summer, cant wait to see the spoiler. Its gonna look great

  • very nice car. I would install a stock trunk spoiler. I would cut back those tail pipes and install some nice chrome tips or stainless. But very nice as is

  • I actually just mounted a spoiler last week. I ordered the paint and am going to paint it this weekend.

As for chrome tips, the less chrome the better. I'm not the bling bling type haha.

  • Good motto, thats how i see muscle cars, the less chrome the better, they just look meaner when they dont have all the chrome

  • i like this rs with original spoiler and without bumper, it would be freakin nice.

  • love the flowmaster sounds freaking mean. very nice car must be a great conversation starter :D. My dad used to have one too bad he sold it in 71 :( .

  • those are 2.5 inch pipes? look like 2.25 or something. still sounds great though. got that flowmaster sound. nothing beats it.

  • yep they're 2.5in pipes.

  • Ahh that sounds amazing buddy! Really good work, keep it up!!!

  • nice 67 love it im redoing a 68 myself

  • hmmmm....bad ass car no doubt...but ur parked in a handicap spot...and i saw now handicap pass...lol just fuckin sweet car

  • haha I never noticed that.

  • bad ass car, but curios as to why your only runnin 2.5" exhaust.

  • 2.5inch is good to about 450-500hp

If your making over 500hp, 3in is usually necessary.

  • Man that is a car. The 67 has always been my fav of anything. I have looked forever to find one to fix up myself but i cant anywere maybe one day i hope. Anyway that is a sweet ass car dont ever let it go.

  • thanks, yea they are hard to find in good shape now.

  • ive always loved this vid. was never a fan of flowmaster, but thats one sick setup. i think ill convert over from mag's lol. what heads are ya using? and the .501 lift, is that after your rocker arm ratio or before?

i might have replied a long time ago, but if not then thanks for the vid and nice job =]

    -matt

  • Heads look like they are stock heads, although I'm not too sure. The ,501 lift if before the rocker arm ratio. I believe it has 1.6 harland sharp roller rockers.

  • looks nice. I cant comment on the sound, cuz my speakers suck...

have you taken it to any track and gotten timed?

  • Nope, havent taken it to the track yet.

  • Sounds like the drum solo on the start of that van halen song hot for teacher....

  • sell it to me!!!!!

  • never for sale. unless you want have a 68-69 charger for trade.

  • I'd also trade for a 70 cuda....drool lol

  • hey man ... can put another video ..

u have the legend of the street ..

    don't broke it ..

    for sale or not..?

  • engine died?

  • yea bro, it stalled. I had just started the motor up, so she wasn't warm yet. Also the car has a Demon Carb with an electric choke. And the choke is a real piece of crap lol. So it's disconnected. Hence the super rough idle. Once it warms up more it idles a bit higher (see other vid).

  • OMFG I COULD LISTEN TO THAT CAR 4 EVER!

my dream car is a 1968 yenko camaro rs ss with a big block v8 454 engine

  • sweet!!!.......and funny!

  • camaro owns!

  • wow almost 10,000 views. I never thought it would be so popular. Muscle car Lope FTW

  • thanks for the comments guys, i really apreciate it. it's always cool to see what people have to say about your videos.

this video that i threw up was pretty lame lol, i just took it quickly with a digital camera. I'll have to get some better video (interior, under the hood , and drive bys :)etc)

    stay tuned

  • Man that 67 is awesome! I want to make one pretty much like that! Love the black on it too!

  • Your my Hero. Camarorule But 67 Nova ll is baddast ass car ever i got one thats ass good shape as your camaro :)

  • beauty.

  • cmon... it's lame. almost 6 litres of displacement, V8 and yet it has only 400 hp? American engineering sucks. Big time.

  • thanks for the comment. a 40 year old engine that is still making 400hp. not too bad in my book. sbc is the best bang for the buck now-a-days.

  • id agree with that, i still have the original motor in my car and its making good power too

  • spyxter:

    you are obviously ignorant.

up until recently corvettes have been using 5.7 liter engines. they made under 400 horsepower (for the most part).

it's about the power curve. V8s typically have a very broad power/torque curve.

import motors very often make decent power but you have to rev them to the moon to get it.

realize the difference and accept it for what it is.

  • Does improving peak power lower the power on low revs?

But I still wanna see how suspension of this thing looks like. :)

  • yes, with a big cam, you lose a little low end.

what part of the suspension do you want to see? The car use to have Race Competition Engineering Traction bars on it, I took them off, bc they looked gaudy. It's now just a stock 67' leafspring suspension w/ KYB shocks. It probably wouldnt hookup too well w/ out the traction bars. But I dont abuse the car or launch it hard, I mainly do cruising, so no big deal.

  • does it corner well?

  • The car handles very very well,it was a frame off restoration in the early 90's all the body bushing, shocks, springs etc were replaced. The whole front end is all redone. It also has a nice thick sway bar up front. It actually handles VERY well. Better than any other muscle car I've owned and , handles better than my ford truck haha. But for a 60s muscle car it handles exceptionally well.

  • and what has lithuania done thats so good? eh

  • absolutely nothing, that's why none of us are boasting about shit :)

  • ok, my comment was ignorant. I admit it. It's just because I'm more fond of european concept of sports car :)

    Sorry for the bashing.

  • its straight...just remember who started it all

  • yeah there going up in price i could deffo sell my # match 327 68 Camaro for way more than i paid (which wasnt that much lol) without doing anything to it, although its had a new grill and front spoiler, rear shocks - needs leafs, needs bit bodywork and a respray, etc, its never ending lol

  • very nice car! how are you making 400hp?

  • ported heads, big cam, world products intake, demon carb. It's just a street motor.

  • The car is very nice but how about a video of you speeding down the street at 90 mph

  • I know! I just got my '67 (really expencive in Norway) but I'm going to do some changes on it when the snow starts to fall down... New springs and a new paintjob plus some rust under the rear seat.. I'm going for a spin right now, there's a street legal race nearby today! Maybe I'll add some videos on my 67 later today :P

  • Really nice car!

  • Thanks I apreciate it. I restored the whole car myself. It was alot of work, but worth it. These cars are only going up in value.

  • looks like all show and no go yet another video with an idling car

  • lol, sorry you dont like the video.

  • my 355 chevelle souds exactly the same, its the cam, check it out its on my vids

  • nice chevelle, it does sound similar to my car. good luck w/ it.

  • thanx u too with the maro

  • It sounded in that last second like it knocked and died... is it just me? nice camaro though

  • no it didnt knock, car was still cold when I took this vid. Although these cam still has trouble idling when hot as well.

  • damn u got that thing idling at like 450 rpm! i got a 67 too i have some pictures. give me you e-mail to send you some

  • haha, i was about to say that your car sounded like its about to stall. is it a solid cam?

  • Competition Cams Hydraulic Flat Tappet Cam
