Clearly, you're good at this, but I think I have a helpful suggestion. If you keep your knees straight forward instead of out to the side, it should make it a bit easier on your back.

no, both male and female are equally flexible. However it is true that females are easily felixble than males makes their Cartilage are softer than males, but it has nothing to do with bones or muscles
You should try stretching your upper back as well, since you're mostly doing the lower back. It also seems like your forcing to go down on the chest bridge...or whatever it's called...I guess do other back stretches besides bridges.

kind of... they are both equally flexible, just that men tend to have heavier/more muscle... so in a way, it does make it more difficult
