  • Cool technique never thought of it, thanks for sharing!

  • That extra, quick rinse helps distribute product. It works well for me and my Wash-and-Goes!

  • Very pretty! 2 thumbs up!

  • What a great option. I've tried this only on a few unruly twists ...but never my entire head. This turned out great!

  • wow!!....what beautiful results...im always afraid to do a wet twist let alone a wet twist out...i am going to try this...hopefully I get some kind of similar results..ur hair is lot thicker than mines, but will def try!

  • The wet twist out is cute. Have you heard of Olive Oil Organic Root Simulator Hair Pudding? It's a type of conditioning hair cream mixed with their gel. I holds my hair in place, keeps it from getting frizzy and keeps it moist not dried out. I use it with their Olive oil shampoo and conditioner as a little system. They keep coming out with more and more wonderful products. I haven't used anything different in 4 years!! Thanks for you videos and keeping us inspired to love of natural selves!

  • Just washed my daughters hair last night (I wash in twists) and discovered this technique on her by accident. lol! It works much better than letting her twists dry.

  • Thanks for this video. I'll try this.

  • love it chica...thanks for the tip

  • Thanks for posting. This means a lit to me because the wash and gos did not work for my hair at all. I love your hair. So now this is All I do with my hair since I don't have a natural curl pattern. Ever since you had posted this the first time. I use the cantu Shea on wet or dry hair the first part of the week then spray with water and retwist before bed. I wear it kind of in a puff to back so I only twist the hair that's out in the back. My hair is not as long as yours but almost the same tex

  • I going to have to try this...looks Great !!..Thanks

  • @Asha3000

Read More Info for Tips, Tools are important (Clumping with a Bass Denman or a Good Comb or After Detangling Smooting hair with fingers then Setting will = better results)... This Method was actually an Accidental Discover where I put my hair in two strand twists to know which were already detangled, and when I took the twists aloose was when i found out how well my hair molded (our hair easily molds so it sets fairly quickly without fully drying).

  • @Asha3000

Also, I've tried the Dry Twist Out a number of times with Fail... So normally what I would do if my twist Fully Dried is Go in the shower and do a quick rinse and whalah (quick rinse meaning to rinse from nape of the neck to forehead in a side to side gentle motion so that hair is saturated with water & go... this (the quick rinse on set styles) also works to lay locs, twists and braids down after sleeping).

  • Your hair looks great, I think if I tried this my hair would just shrink if I wet it like you do. Thanks for this vid, may give it a try when my hair gets longer xx

  • @queenofsheba66

it wouldn't hurt to try... also I find sitting under a hooded dryer for no more than 10 minutes will help with shrinkage... let me know how it works out... one of my facebook friends tried my method (before we became facebook friends by facebook friend recommendation and she rocked it as one of her signature styles)... the tools used are one of the keys to the success of this method... also products used may play a role.

  • I love the results and look! The bracelet is hot! Love that as well

  • I'm going to try it!!!

  • Gorgeous!

  • LOVE IT !!!! I WILL BE TRYING THAT THANKS !

  • I LOVE your hair like this! I think the wet twist out looks better than dry. You can do more with it.
