I do something similar to this.  Instead, after "threading the leg" I take it all the way down to the floor in an American split. No clue if this makes sense.

Thanks a lot! I love that in pole dancing new tricks and combos are being created constantly even if it's easy to believe many times that "now the box must be full". It's obviously never is:). Someone described Creativity as the ability to see what is already in front of you, if you understand what I mean. I think that's a good description.
