I was in the arena as one of the athletes fortunate enough to hear this live. Such an amazing experience and our camcorders couldn't do it justice. I'm so glad this is here so I try reliving the moment. She is awesome. Tens of thousands of people were here just captivated :)

@starsing1204 umm, China sees Taiwan as the rebel island. Taiwan was part of China until 1945 or 46, as Hong Kong was British and Maccau was Portuguese, Chinese are trying Taiwan be theirs again.

@jevitigre Actually, Taiwan became part of Japan in 1895, after the First Sino-Japanese War, since China didn't want Taiwan. It wasn't until 1945, after WWII, that the Republic of China took over Taiwan. But then, after Republic of China lost the civil war in 1949, they retreated to Taiwan, and People's Republic of China was established on mainland China, and these two countries have been separate since.

i shared the same comment as alyssaathina09. Hayley has got a fantastic voice and I am always back for her Amazing Grace despite hearing it a hundred times. It is really a gift from god.

A thousand times, I have this song already heard this one. 900 times I enjoyed it from Hayley and I'm still not "tired" of it. Every time it touches my heart anew. Everytime I have tears in my eyes. Each does it hurt me that I do not longer sing, but every time I know that I never in this life have sung so wonderful. Hayley Westenra is a gift of Heaven.
