if you like mudding, high horsepower is needed to keep the wheels spinning to keep the tread clear of mud, otherwise it gets clogged up and the tread can't dig down for traction and you get stuck
Torque is important, but in some situation wheel spin is more important, IE sand and Mud. Besides, the more torque you have, the more HP your going to have(for the most part)
i have one exacly like that, exept its blue now, 350 big block 6 inch of lift dana 44 rear and front detroit lock swamper sx on 35x15.5, it is a pure dream machine!!
i have always owned a toyota 4runner they are the kings and queens of mud nice truck as of now i own 14 4runners from 1990 to 2008 series keep it up guys and girls
