Nice vid, but it took about 2 hours to get to the part where you just add salt to ice water to cool it down! A little long winded?
Also, if you ask yourself a rhetorical question, answer it! "What is the right temp for chilled wine? Thats up to you..." why have that in there?? Anyway, nice effort.
