It was explained Caramello is Caramel under a different name and yes the Kraft Cadbury buy out was in the news in the UK if you check Wikipedia you'll see the buy out is official! t's unknown though if Kraft will take over American operations from Hershey's, it seems like the logical choice that they would. If Hershey's had brought the company then US operations would certanly remain with them.
AH yes, Cadbury Caramels. I love picking up the REAL Cadbury Bars whenever I get to the "England" segment of Epcot Center.
But yes, thank you for sharing. Had no clue these existed. And on a serious note, while the candy doesn't exist in America in this format, it does exist under another name, "Caramello".
Thanks for the info. These adverts were more or less exclusive to the UK (possibly Ireland too I believe since it's right next door). Officially I knew that some of Cadbury's properties (though some may be renamed or may be totally different products) were sold in the States, as Cadbury's was distributed through Hershey's. Now it seems Kraft may take over US distribution.

I don't think there are any Cadbury Caramel bars like that in America. ;__; But we do have the Cadbury Chocolate Creme Egg, which has some equally entertaining adverts.
Cadbury's aren't that well known in America, since you guy had Hershey's and such. But now that Cadbury's has been brought by Kraft, you might start to hear about them more and yeah Cadbury used to do very lovely animated adverts for Caramel and these are only 3 of well many. :D
The packaging looks so not-smooth compared to the theme of the adverts!
