  • Oh hello! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my cooworker got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.

With all those ecoli and salmonella outbreaks do you really want raw veggies / fruit? Im not knocking you you do have some nice build but you only get one body...dont mess it up by watching wannabe's

  • I have anemia.. that will happen if you are not getting enough iron in your blood.. try to find plants that will give you iron..

  • @apocalist420 yes. I am also attempting to grow wheat and barley grass again. Right now i'm sprouting buckwheat. The grasses have been giving me trouble :/

  • Another thing to consider is your "chi" levels. Shortness of breath is often a deficiency of chi (bio electric energy) reserves in your body. The solution to this is learning Chi Gong and building up the energy in the Lower Dantien (an energy center near your naval), or using Chinese Raw Herbs (recommended by an acupuncturist) to boost your depleted organs. A qualified acupuncturist with herbal training is a real asset. Best of Luck.

  • hehe, was going to suggest further research into 80/10/10 many videos ago, but I assumed you had already looked into it because you mentioned it very briefly at one point. I'm gonna send you a link to an interesting vid in the next few days ;-)

    But yeah, definitely kudos for experimenting with so much green juice! I was very curious what your results would be. If I remember, many greens such as celery leaves contain natural toxins so I'd question megadosing on the juice alone for a long time.

  • Kudos to you for experimenting. Have you heard about Doug Graham? He is an expert on Sports Performance and Raw Nutrition. My guess is that he would recommend more fruits for glycogen. Best of Luck.

  • @moonsnail3 thanks for your support moon, I have heard of D. Graham and 80 10 10. I have yet to read one of his books, but you can bet that i'm going to be reading his book in the next 30 days :)

  • haha yes if you are in ketosis then you may be very low in glycogen and that could explain your out of breath issue. Happened to me a couple weeks ago, worst workout ever.

    I typically sip on spirulina during my workouts and my recovery is the best it has ever been, same as when I used to take whey, vegetable juice definitely not as effecive as spirulina

    Forgot to bring spirulina the other day...and haven't been as sore now in months, and I was depressed, another side effect of intensetraining
