If you read the ingredients on a 'regular' icecream container, you'll notice a whole bunch of chemical names (the words that arehard to pronounce)... and these chemicals are possible carcinogins.. = bad for your health.

Yay for cardamom and cinnamon in nut mylk! I've been doing that for about a year now and it is incredibly good on it's own / adds a delicately floral overtone to the flavor that is perfect. Only use a very small amount of each.

I am NUTS over Almond Butter.. I mix it with Chocolate syrup sometimes..I also have made Ice cream from processing soaked Almond nuts, coconut, chocolate almond Nut Milk and baby coconut flesh yummy.. THANKS GUYS -ill share this with friends..
